-Charlotte, NC
-Syracuse, NY
-Minneapolis, MN

-Charlotte has a population of 651,000 people.

-Charlotte summer temperatures tend to be in the 70s.

-Charlotte has pretty good public schools and spends close to the national average on its students and has about 15 kids per teacher.

-The average home in Charlotte is 174,000 dollars which is reasonable.

-Syracuse winters tend to be in the 20s which is very cold, but still fits my criteria.
